We have a $500 project minimum, which covers mobilization and ensures the work receives proper attention. Multiple small tasks can be bundled into one visit to meet the minimum.
Most improvement jobs are booked 2–3 weeks out; emergency repairs may be squeezed in sooner. You’ll receive a firm date when the quote is approved.
For trim, paint, and non‑structural repairs, permits aren’t required. If a task touches structural framing, gas lines, or major electrical, we secure necessary permits and inspections.
